Product Returns

At JASTA POINT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
It must be in its original packaging.
It must not be used, damaged, or with compromised integrity.
It must be returned with all original accessories and documents.

How to Return a Product?

 Send the product via a courier company of your choice.
 After we receive and inspect the product, we will refund you the amount within 7 business days.

 The costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
